With more than 30 years of experience in hotel sales—including the last 20 years leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth—I bring a strong background in operations, leadership, and client service to my role as Operations Manager. My passion for organization and supporting others helps ensure our team delivers an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting my local youth rugby club, and volunteering with a local therapeutic riding center.
